 Exchanges or Returns                

If you need to exchange or return an item simply email or submit a request below. When submitting a request please provide us with as many details as possible regarding your claim. 

All Returns and Exchanges require an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Once a return request has been approved we will provide you with an RMA #, Return Instructions, and pre-paid return label.

    Restocking and Return Fees 

     Our Standard restocking fee structure is outlined below 

    Tier 1: Perfect Condition (Product is unopened and like new) = 15% restock fee 

    Tier 2: Re-Conditionable (Packaging is opened or damaged) = 20% restock fee 

    Tier 3: Inability to restock ( Product shows signs of use or damaged) = not eligible for Refund


    Terms and Conditions

    • Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of purchase date. 
    • We reserve the right to correct any packaging errors or defective merchandise.
    • Refunds are only applicable on non-installed items. 
    •  Any free shipping used on the original order will be forfeited if the order is returned and the original shipping costs (paid or unpaid) will be deducted from the refundable amount. 
    • If Rgbhalokits provides you with a pre-paid label for your return, the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund. 
    • Rgbhalokits does not accept returns on pre-built headlights or items in our Closeouts section. 
    • Warranties, Returns, and Exchanges are only applicable to products purchased directly from
