Shipping policy

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrectly provided shipping information.

SHIPPING TIMES 

 Most orders are Shipped within 48 hours. However there are still some products that may take anywhere from 2-5 days to fulfill. In some rare cases certain products may even take longer.

PRE-BUILT HEADLIGHTS

Pre-built headlights are assembled in-house and we are able to complete one set each business day* on average. We complete these in the order they come in. Once your order is placed, you will be assigned a queue number so that you can estimate when your order will ship.

Since pre-built headlights take an average of one business day to complete, your wait time should be equal to your queue number.

Ex: If your queue number is 5, your order is estimated to ship in about 5 business days*

*Business days are Monday-Friday

This offer is only valid for U.S customers on Orders above our specified amount (usually $150)

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees (paid or unpaid by customer)  are non-refundable. This amount will be deducted from any refund credit issued.

DELIVERY CLAIMS/ STOLEN SHIPMENTS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 4 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Multicolor Halo Kits  does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. If the tracking information that corresponds to a shipment confirms that the product was delivered to the provided address, the customer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for the receipt of the shipment. The Customer is the one who provided Multicolor Halo Kits with the ship to information, and in doing so absolves Multicolor Halo Kits of any liabilities for missing or stolen deliveries.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes an item that is out of stock: we will go notify you via email or text message and give you an estimate when the item will ship.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Frequently we have already processed your order, created labels, and boxed your order. Changing an address to one that is not on the order cannot be done! Please make sure you have type in the correct address before finalizing order. 

ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to sender due to an insufficient or incorrect address, customer will be responsible for cost to re-ship. Any free shipping promotions on original order will be forfeited as RGB Halo Kits already paid to ship the order that had an insufficient address. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

  • Orders going international will ship via USPS, UPS or DHL. Tracking numbers will be provided
  • NOTE: shipping maybe be delayed due to Customs. Shipping fee is non-refundable!
  • Please contact info@rgbhalokits.com if you have any questions regarding international shipping or need a quote
  • All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are to be paid by the recipient. Such fees are not included in the shipping or product cost paid to Multicolor Halo Kits.
